Eighth of Georges and Claire Lebrun's nine children; Serge's younger brother, who took over the family businesses in Haiti.

Claude (Jean Marie Claude) Lebrun was the eighth of the nine children of Georges Marcel Lebrun and Claire Gaetjens, born in Port-au-Prince in 1927. When Serge emigrated to the United States around 1968, Claude managed and eventually bought his brother’s tire-and-battery business in Haiti. His branch of the family carries on today — his descendants are among the present-day Lebrun cousins. He died in Port-au-Prince in 2012.
